Terms & conditions

1. About the service
Clockwork provides authenticated users with property-market information including listing statistics, lifecycle analysis, price comparisons, maps, property reference pages and related market-intelligence tools. The service is intended primarily for professional estate and letting agency use.
2. Accounts and access
You must keep login credentials confidential and must not permit unauthorised use of your account. Access is limited to the number of users included in your subscription. We may suspend an account where we reasonably believe credentials have been shared, compromised or used in breach of these terms.
3. Market information
The service uses asking-price, listing-status and property-feed information. It does not represent completed transaction prices unless expressly stated. Property data can contain omissions, delays or inaccuracies and market statistics are estimates derived from the available data.
4. No valuation or professional advice
Information supplied by Clockwork is for research and market-reference purposes. It is not a formal property valuation, investment recommendation, legal opinion, financial advice or guarantee that a property will sell or let at a particular price or within a particular period.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the service for your organisation's legitimate property-market research and agency activity. You must not scrape the service, attempt to bypass access controls, overload the system, reverse engineer protected functionality, resell raw access, or systematically republish substantial parts of the service without written permission.
6. Intellectual property
The Clockwork website, software, presentation, derived statistics, branding and original content remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. Property listing content may remain subject to separate ownership and licensing rights.
7. Subscription and payment
Paid access is supplied on the plan agreed when you subscribe. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, subscriptions are billed monthly and continue until cancelled. Prices may change on reasonable notice. Charges already incurred are not refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available and current but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, third-party services, network problems or data-source interruptions may temporarily affect availability. We may add, remove or modify features where reasonably necessary.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clockwork is not liable for decisions made solely in reliance on the service, loss arising from inaccurate third-party property information, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Termination
You may cancel your subscription in accordance with the billing arrangement agreed with us. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, misuse or security risk. On termination, your right to access the protected portal ends.
11. Privacy
Personal information associated with user accounts is handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
12. Governing law
Unless your contract states otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
