For portal users we may process name, email address, organisation, account role, login times, IP address and security logs. If you contact us we also process the information contained in your enquiry.

2. Why we use it

We use account data to provide secure portal access, administer subscriptions, respond to support requests, prevent misuse and maintain service security. Where appropriate we may use contact details to communicate about the service or your account.

3. Legal basis

Depending on the circumstances, processing may be necessary to perform a contract, to take steps at your request before entering a contract, to comply with legal obligations, or for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service.

4. Property information

The service also processes property and market information. This public-facing notice is primarily concerned with personal information about website visitors and authenticated users.

5. Security and retention

We use authentication controls, password hashing, access restrictions and login monitoring designed to protect portal accounts. We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected, including security, accounting and legal requirements.

6. Sharing

We may use hosting, email, payment, mapping or technical service providers where necessary to operate the service. We do not sell portal-user personal information.

7. Your rights

Depending on applicable UK data-protection law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict personal information, object to certain processing, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
